Hsbc bank card solutions exposed an account for me in december. I bought a notebook type bestbuy upon opening the consideration. Used to do not get my mail with my card and account information over time to create a cost. Therefore my 1st payment was 30 dys late. I named hsbc and told them what happened and they said no problem they'd give me a credit which was it. I have been paying on my account but observed online in my account used to do have no available stability. I named the best buy card services to ask why is that this. They informed me that my account is closed since it was thirty days late that 1st-time. I had been not contacted and told of the. I've never heard about such occurring before. I talked with angela at hsbc bestbuy charge card services and was told this. I'll continue to repay the card however i'll not manage to use it whilst the account is closed. Within this economy this bank has no remorse and particularly when individuals are actually making payments this will not have been the event.
