Fraud credit card charges to my credit card

I waslooking at my Money One Credit card and noticed this cost for $49.95 and new that I've never approved and costs for this organization and dont understand how they got all my info to create this cost to my card, never heard about the corporation at-all, anything must be achieved of the fraudulant activity they've completed in my experience so that as I've reseached they're performing to a lot of clients which organization must be end, its poor enough I'm a handicapped woman and having difficulty producing my requirements met. Please support.
