Rip off! Don't waste your money

I did everything requested of me, received my User ID and Password, then tried to login. NOWHERE! Screen stays the same. I tried the CONTACT US at the bottom of the screen. Same thing happened. The screen did not change. I want my $1.95 back and someone to be charged for FCC and Internet Commerce violations.
Someone out there is making a profit off of people seeking to make a start of a legit business. It may be under 2 bucks, but it was mine and it was provide in good faith. Someone must pay and I must be compensated for the emotional, mental and physiological harm, pain and suffering.
No excuses!!
