The Anthem statement was sent to Amerisave. The mortgage specialist informed us his employer don't take Anthem in document type. CredCo informed us it had been Amerisaves plan to simply accept only document Anthem reviews. Legally CredCo couldn't deliver electonically. Why could not somebody at Amerisave simply CHECK IT???

After three times coping with customer support, we were informed they're not able to account the mortgage. We're being returned for that examination and therefore are employing another mortgage business that Credco recommended.
