Refuse to pay overage

These people are ridiculous to work with. I have been working to cancel this my credit card merchant account with them for 3 months'. Last month they were paid the original quote for early termination before I received the letter and verbal quote of a lesser amount. They refuse to pay the difference even though it is in writing.

The employee Maurice Hall argued with me then stated "well your account is closed, have a nice day" Then hung up the phone on me.
