Refinance/Tax Miscalculation/Transfer Miscue

These clowns have attached us over on three separate occasions. Very first time is once they purchased our mortgage from the smaller financial institution and somehow dropped our cost within the purchase procedure. They charged us late charges for an outstanding mortgage that people really settled! It got them 6 months to repair it also it got us a few months to obtain it taken off our credit rating. Next was a duty mistake. They miscalculated our fees (by half) and informed us that people were not producing our necessary cost. It got them 6 days to determine exactly what the issue was and again we were billed for late-payment despite the fact that we created exactly the same cost we'd usually designed for the prior 16 weeks! They originally could not reveal why we owed more, they simply stated that we did... Horrible. Finally was the remodification. They screwed this all-up and after 8 weeks, and three deals delivered to them we first got it approved. Sorta... Just one of our two loans was updated within their program and thus we were continuously bothered about overdue payments despite the fact that we were spending the brand new and authorized cost as led from the mortgage loan modification division.
