My husband and I received a letter that stated it would help us get our credit back in good standing.
He filed Bankruptcy almost seven years ago and I filed over 12 years ago.
It looked very legitimate and offered a large amount of credit to consolidate your bills and get everything back on track! The catch was that it advertised itself as a credit card. It was a credit card, but not a Visa or Mastercard, it was a card to buy their merchandise out of their catalogs.
Needless to say, they used an ACH withdrawl and took $199.99 dollars out on February 6th. We were to receive our Visa within 7 days. Nothing ever came!
We also had two more companies take money out of our account on 2/25 in the amount $139.95 and another on 2/27 in the amount of $79.95. This has caused over 25 checks to bounce at our expense and we will lose our account if it is not brought up to a positive balance by May 2.
If you have been scammed by this company, the only names I have is Manuel Garcia and David Tucker 1800-731-0121/1800-279-6989. Their main number is1800-717-1278.
The main thing is to never give out any of your information to anyone unless you know 100% that this company is not a fake.
There have been over 50,000 hits to this website in the past two months. We have to put a stop to all of this. It causes stress in families that is not needed and can cause you to not be able to write checks anymore and ruin your credit all together.
