To Whom It Might Matter:

I'm composing this notice like a certified from the General Manager, Thomas J. Colaiezzi of the Havertown, PA area.

On April 29 at about 5:40pm I had been talking with among the consultant about my bill. The consultant was really individual and skilled, nevertheless he asked Thomas J. Colaiezzi for his help regarding my issues. To my shock and dismay Mr. Colaiezzi (GM) replied by state, “Make it fast since I've togo the 5:45pm rotating class”.

Like A paying client along with a dedicated gym associate I believe that his reaction was really rude and never to say unprofessional.in customer support I had been trained that clients come first, particularly if they're not being rude and belligerent. I therefore been in same spinning course that night, at no stage did he apologize for his conduct or attempt to correct the issue I had been having.

I talked with atleast three workers of LA Exercise plus they make sure Mr. Colaiezzi is extremely disrespectful to workers and people of African American ancestry. He was really fun taking within the spinning course using the White people.

Within an economy wherever gym membership is just a luxury and never essential I'm surprise that the Common Director could be so really disrespectful and unprofessional. I've arrived at the handle that I'll be eliminating my associate and find a gym that will be inviting to people of competition and creed.

The primary protest that I'd was that LA Exercise charged my charge card simply because they couldn't get cost from another celebration that use to become on my bill.

Six months before they divided our consideration and was gather in the person for weeks. Nevertheless, after being not able to gather from him they turned to getting my bill.
