Ripoff abused & mistreated

Freedom resource called me on the phone told me they could give me a creitcard and took 221.00 dollors out of my acct i did not get the card and called them three are four times a month and they told me it was on the way never got it this was in oct

I called them back march told them i need my refund filled out a form and faxed it back to them then called about two weeks later they told me i would have it april 25 no refund so i called them back now the phone want ring and the fax line is disconnected
