Sent to collections and never received a magazine

I had been named this past year about that unique on publications. I told the man my charge card was maxed and didn't need the publications. He some how convinced me to-order. I offered my charge card which didn't proceed through since it was maxed out. I never received any publications after which annually later I obtain a phone from the variety company called tate declaring I owe 278.00 bucks for publications I never obtained and that I am not likely to purchase these Because It's been annually and that I never received something. I believe this really is absurd and this type of fraud. Anything must be achieved about these folks. After I initially stated I'd get these publications it had been just assume to become 70.00 bucks in the many. I'd prefer to understand where they created 278.00 bucks. I'm only genuinely upset by all of this.
