Don't get the skyline silver card, value jewelry card or even the online confidence card! This can be a scam! It's not a credit or mastercard and so they don't report for the credit agencies because they state they are doing. If you subscribe to this card, you've to call customer service and get a talk concerning the card then you've to be used in a "boss" who'll attempt to talk you into keeping it and only provide you with a partial refund. The corporation is listed about the bbb site as poor!!
