Unauthorized Charge

I requested info from Google Treasure Chest. There was onlyto be a charge of $1.97. But lo and behold, not only was there that one, but one for $72.21, which was NOT authorized. I called the number on mybank statement and was told I woul get a refund in 3-5 business days. But when I made mention of the NSF fee I would incur because a check i wrote would most likely bounce, the girl was very rude to me, wouldn't even address that. So i emailed GTC and also filed complaints with the BBB of UT as well as UT state attorney General. These idiots need to be stopped.
