Mortgage SCAM - defrauded my family - watch out!

I was contacted back in November by a representative from Affrodable Financial Services after filling out an application online to refinance my home of 23 years. At first everything was ok and the salesman seemed to have our best interests. Myself not being a savvy financial borrower I put the fate of my mortgage and my families wellbeing in the hands of a quote on quote reputable mortgage company who I have learned has only been open for 2 years and is a broker passing themselves off to be a banker.

After paying for 2 appraisals and months of stress because we were promised a 10 day close we finally got to the closing table only to see that nothing that was promised to us was actaully being delivered.instead of a fixed rate they had changed my loan to an ARM at the last second claiming that it was just a temporary solution until more programs opened up and they would be able to refinance me again in 3 months into a low fixed rate. On top of the changed loan were 4 points and about 8k in fees bringing the total amount to $24,000 in closing costs. I had no other option but to sign because I was in fear of loosing my home and the rep at Affordable financial said everythign would be ok.

Now it is alomst 2 years later and my payment has nearly tripled. I can't afford my mortgage, my bills are past due and I am in foreclosure. This company LIED, CHEATED and STOLE from my family and I URGE anyone thinking about dealing with this company to run as fast as you can. They are a bunch of thieves.
