These sluggish inexperienced individuals purchased my mortgage from citi corp 4 months before. After i was in shaped of the purchase i requested they continue to take my payment straight ouy of my bank account. They still haven't completed this simple deal.

When i call to get an update the offshore people they employed wind up lossing their comporure, increase their sounds, and jeopardize to not assist me. They consistanly rest about the progress in location this up, they blame the us mail for not seding them our 3 separate demands plus they oppose themselves throughout the telephone calls i've created.

I've contacted many senators, many congressmen and that i wonder who they represent since the democrats response is the party point concerning the economy generally. The republics reply is to contact the company and placed on more stress.

Our local representative (repetition.) tells me to contact the ftc.

After i inform ahmsi this-they again set off on me verbally.

Once they purchased my mortgage from citi they wound up taking the first cost nearly 14 days later and charging me the additional two weeks of attention... They're criminals
