My ex husband owes me 185,000 in back child support and refuses to work. He has claimed to be in and out of Drug Rehab for the last 14 years. My son recently got in some trouble with the police and is now serving his sentance in a group home. Alameda county came after me (Because I have a job) and ordered that I pay 860 a month for support and David Barefield was ordered to pay 91.00 a month. How is that fair? He drives with a suspended liscense and has nothing in his name.
