Line of Credit/Overdraft

Following a handful of bounced checks I had been advised to obtain a credit line to protect any facility costs. Ok. A couple of years later I discovered that should you exceed the credit line, you receive billed rebound costs every opportunity you receive. And when you utilize the cash and repay it, it's unavailable for you again. They do not let you know that. Additionally, when inspections are available in, they instantly consider the biggest (even when it arrived in last), which means they are able to ask you for more rebound costs. I'm shutting my records. Tired of banks!
