First Consumers National Bank you are paid off - whoops no you are not possible ripoff and scam

Business & Finance

From the time this account had been opened I had kept up with my payments. One month I received no statement so I phoned the company to find that I was paid in full. 1 year later they began to send statements. I again phoned them as I had not used the card since. They informed me that they had mixed my account with another person, and that it took 1 year to catch it. I then requested proof of this to be sent to me, with a response that they would. On Oct, 23 I wrote to the dispute department, with no response. Again in March I wrote to the company, with yet no response. I this day again mailed a letter informing them I will no longer send them money until they are able to send me proof this money is still owed. I do believe that I have been paying more than my share. I live on a fixed income and can not afford to be riped off. Harley Mora, Minnesota
