Fraudulent charge on my account I made no purchase

Two dealings - one for $2.67 plus one month later a for $42.18 seemed on my charge card. When I am in Sydney my lender additionally billed offshore exchange costs. I produced no purchase or obtained products out of this organization. Our lender says the organization is authorized with MasterCard safe which the organization claims they experimented with authenticate the deal (that we firmly think is wrong) so that as I had been not really a person in MasterCard Secure my lender won't return the deal but I've the choice to follow the problem and also the lender may deliver it for their Scam operationsw Region. I plan to achieve this.
