Worst of the worst ripoff

After taking months, I finally reached someone who decsribed himself as a supervisor. He promised to send the necessary papers so I could file for a refund-the only way to get a refund. I received the papers, filled them out, returned them, and waited-waited - waited - nothing. Tried to call again at 678-239-0133-nothing no answer, no dail tone, dead air; tried to call 678-239-0131 as given of the welcome package (which I received three months after I began my refund demand - nothing-dead air This is the worst of the worst of the worst ripoff companies.
