Offered an unsecured credit card with purpose to rebuld credit for an advance fee of $221.95 This fee has been debited from my checking account.

Since the conversation August I have gotten nothing but promise of returned and lies.

Now the telephone number does not work. This is very sad that people still are taking advantage of one another.
