Fraudulent Charge on Credit Card

Just as many other contributors have noted, a charge of $11.89 mysteriously appeared on my credit card. The phone number that the credit card company gave me (630-2902178) was not in service. I actually called them on another line while talking to the credit card company to let them hear. Obviously, we cancelled the card, etc.
I wish there was some way to exchange notes with others as to where they used their cards that got misused. This was a card that I had that was used VERY infrequently... A few gas stations, and a handful of web merchants. I would love to know if our numbers were hijacked from a specific merchant, or if they just randomly generated the numbers.
