Loan Servicer Sued for Negligence and Elder Financial Fraud in San Diego

An 85-year old lung cancer victim, and her disabled daughter are seeking an attorney who may be considering stepping into their case against Select Portfolio Loan Service, who is now officially considered to be in default by the San Diego Superior court. Civil case 37-00095207-CU-OR-CTL, is a fraud, and breach fiduciary responsibility; lawsuit.

The company stonewalled the loan consumer and totally ignored their valid notice or rescission made in February. We hope to create some responsibility for breaches in fiduciary responsibility to an elderly loan consumer and a disabled loan consumer.
