Charged without authorization

I simply received my telephone bill (from Mission) and observed a cost of $14.95 from Orbit Telecom. This can be a cost I most surely didn't approve. I am aware - from some preliminary study - this cost relates to 1-800 numbers. The statement which this cost was documented is to get a house amount; I don't have a 1-800 and not have.
