Len Seiner
Left very vague voicemail messages, urging me to call back because he had time sensitive options but didn't admit until much later that he was from a collections agency

Got the first message on April 8 at 11:52am from a guy named Len Seiner, saying it was "time sensitive, " that he has some options to resolve my situation which was in front of him, he could even save me money and that he could not act unless I called him back. He said he would be there until 9pm that night He never said which company he worked for or anything. When I called back that evening at 11:30pm, the number rang twice then disconnected, and it happened twice.
Two days later, on Good Friday nonetheless, he called again from a different number, 877-829-7982. He gave me the same stupid spiel and finally said, "... And if anyone is listening, in accordance with Federal Law, this IS from a collections agency." This time, when I called back, it went to a recorded message, telling me not to hang up. Then I got Len Seiner's voicemail, and I left a firm message telling me that the debt had been fraudulently acquired, that all correspondences are to be written and to never call back.
Therefore, Len Seiner was in violation of federal law the first time he called. And the second time, he must have used a different phone to call me. What a sleazy, underhanded jerk!
