I was working with Mick and all seemed to be going well. They collected upfront application fee of $500. Suddenly after they got my money, I couldn't reach anyone. I finally got through to Donald and he was acting goofy about the whole thing as if he could not locate my info. When I finally reached Mick again, he said that they were going to charge me a higher rate.
