Kelly Baker Bamboozilled in Precious Metals Investment

For several years my wife and I have invested our savings into precious metals trusting the owner, Kelly Baker, of Sierra Rarities. These funds were our retirement savings and inheritence to our grandchildren.

Shortly after my wife and I retired, we requested part of our precious metals. Kelly first kept telling us that if we could hold out a couple of months, the value of the coins were going up. We thought that would be good so we put our debts on a credit card.

When the few months were up we called for the coins again. Kelly gave some excuse and promised he would send them. The coins never arrived. This same pattern went on for months. I lost my temper and blew up at him. Angry words were exchanged. We asked our pastor to speak on our behalf because our communication with Kelly always turned out confrontational.

Pastor had also invested through the same company, in fact several of our friends and family did. Kelly always has an excuse but never delivers. He even sent me two bad checks totaling $50,000 that was suppose to be partial payment.

October 20 Kelly sent us TAP receipts for our coins. April 10, I contacted a wholesaler that was suppose to have our coins. They can not talk to me. I have to go through Sierra Rarities. Now none of us can get in touch with Kelly Baker. He is not answering emails or phone calls.
