Robert Guillot Misleading high pressure salespeople that do not come through on their end of the deal

Credit Card Solutions located in Montgomery, Al is not a company you should even think about doing business with. They are very misleading, in no way do they tell you the real story about what you are getting into. They are high pressure salespeople with total disregard for their actions. They are not reliable and will not take your calls, complaints, etc after they get your signature, or once they forge your signature to get the sale.

Yes, they got caught forging signatures on contracts and signing up companies for credit card services they did not need, or were already signed up for with another service provider. I have proof!

However, once you sign a contract with these people and then find out after the fact that this is not what you thought you were getting, there's nothing you can do. Merchant Services Inc and Lease Source Inc don't care if you were defrauded they will not deal with you trying to get out of the contract, unless you pay them thousands of dollars, in my case it was over $2000. All I had was 1 terminal and a 48 month contract that I cannot even get a copy of and they want over $2000 to cancel it. Pure disgusting that people get away with stuff like this! Makes it hard for those out there who are really providing a good service, which Credit Card Solutions does not!!! Beware they are now going under the name Bankcard of Alabama!!!
