I am a foreigner. One day somebody called me, he said I can have a credit card, and 6500 dollara that I can use. To tell the truth, I can not understand fully, but I told him my account number.

Several days later, I received a letter and a card, my husband and I can't believe it, he went to the web and searched the information, we found these usacomplaints.com, and it was fake, and I did not activate. How can I do?

I am a foreigner, and I do not want to lose my money, and I want it to be stopped. I don't to be a fool because I can not understand English fully. I think American is a powerful and jural country, how can these scams happen?
