Extorted my credit card by trapping my wife and young children, phony company

Assaulting pregnant mothers and murdering their unborn children is acceptable in the stafford va.

In April I heard an add on WTOP radio for mortgage refinancing. The company Wes Lend Financial advertised no cost or fee refinancing. I confirmed this several times in writing.

On May 2nd in the middle of the day when I was at work, my wife answered the door of our home. The people at the door said that Wes Lend financial had sent them to evaluate our home, these people were agents of A Fine Appraisal, I found out later. My wife let them in. After being at our residence about 4 or 5 minutes, the people told my wife to give them our credit card number. My wife ask why? They said that it was required for their services. She told them no and ask them to leave.

They cornered her in our living room. They prevented her from getting to the phone to call for help. They verbally assaulted her as our children watched crying and hysterical, helpless to prevent the assault on their mother. She was forced to give them our credit card. They charged our card with hundreds of dollars repeatedly until I deactivated the card. She was so traumatized by the event that she ended up in the hospital and had a miscarriage. Our children are now in counseling.

The Finance company Wes Lend Financial insisted it was a mistake and that they would correct it. They never corrected it. The finance company then came up with a list of home improvements that needed to be made to our property. The finance company then said that this company A Fine Appraisal would have to continually come back and re-inspect our property (for additional fees, of course). Obviously, there was no loan. The intention of Wes Lend Financial and A Fine Appraisal was to defraud homeowners with phony inspections and fees.

I have contacted the following people and agencies to help stop this from happening again. Either I received no response, or was told that it was not their responsibility to do anything about it.

This has been going on now for 11 months. I am hoping that you can at least get the word out or check with other people to see if this has happened to them. The assault and tragedy that our family has suffered cannot be undone, but perhaps it can be prevented from happening to someone else.

Please do whatever you can to stop Wes Lend Financial and especially there extortionist, murderous squad of thugs, A Fine Appraisal.
