Acs legal threatens that i better be in court but can't tell me where!

I received a call from a funky 1-102-xxx-xxxx number and was left a message. They told me to call at the number listed above. I called and there was a guy stating that I did not honor a contract from a loan in November. I informed him that I never had a loan during this time. He argued me down. They have called my place at employment and at home and have threatened to have me thrown in jail. The guy is Indian but always uses a different American name such as Justin White or Mark Smith. He argued with me and could not provide me anything in writing. He stated that it was sent to my e-mail address 17 times. He also had all of my information but my social security number was wrong. I informed it that it was not mine. He was very rude and kept interrupting me. I am filing a complaint with my attorney general!!!
