Leornard Smith of Leberland Financial requested $1,000 upfront from me and five other individual investors (in the Dallas area) for a business loan. He said it would be approved and would close in 30 days. Within 3 weeks, Mr. Smith ceased from responding to our phone calls or email. It has been more than 2 1/2 months and still no response. If you plan to do business with this man or company, WARNING / BEWARE. They are small time FRAUD / SCAMMERS!!!
