Unauthorized use of my checking acct

Our bank account was billed 19.95 three times in AROW, for a cost I really couldnot identify, never registered for, and triggered my consideration to overdraw, and everybody knows what a costly frustration that may be. I named the amount shown about the money access plus they guaranteed a reimbursement, but to date, no-go. I am calling every day, many times a day!!!
