Primary choice called me out of the blue to help me with my mortgage situation, I was behind 3 months and they promised to help me out for a fee of 1500.00 that was back in dec 08 and to this day I have had nothing done, I ended up calling my lender and told them that they told me to skip my payments and to pay them and they would get my rate down from 9.5% to 5%, well needless to say my bank took care of me without a charge. So beware of steve and his company.
