Overdraft FEES on DEPOSITED CASH 2 days prior!

Business & Finance

I bought baby furniture online on Monday, March 30th for 890.00, so I went to my other bank and withdrew 1100.00 in CASH to deposit into my WACHOVIA ACCOUNT... It was just after 2PM... I asked for it to be "FORCE DEPOSITED", and ask the teller, before I left, if the cash was availabale now, she said YES - The next morning, my account shows $480.00 in overdraft fees for 12 transactions... AND the CASH WASNT even in the account yet! Now the day before, after I deposited the CASH, I looked online and it said it was available... Then, it wasnt!!! What they did was, wait till the transactions over the last week added up, then along with the new transaction, put ALL of them through!!! Charging fees for each of them... Largest ones first, of course... Anyway, This is CRAZY... There has to be some kind of law against this, especially AFTER I REQUESTED "FORCED DEPOSIT"... Can anyone help? Please...
