Mistakes on fees and costs excessive!

Me and my fiance each had our taxes completed at h&r stop this season. These werenot also awfully complex but our processing costs ended up to become $249 and $285!! We're solitary and create under $60K each year! Additionally, they both had mistakes in it. We obtained characters in the government they were altering our discounts because of miscalculations about the section of our preparer! Along with that, I submitted quarry electronically which was one more $30, my fiance shipped his. He obtained his sign in precisely 15 times and that I am still waiting!!! We shall NEVER employ H&R Stop again and desire others to not both. Next year we shall utilize turbotax and get it done ourselves!!!
