Got agree when I noticed the settlement record I had been surprise to determine 2141.37 for disount charge I had been never informed about. Appraisl was reduced $130000 but just owe $87736.25, and so I had the 20% deposit. Was advised they provide me that in money but I notice no document demonstrating that. I understand they got my $500 that they create some justification to maintain. Must I back down or register couple of days and find out easily get that back? This really is acquiring questionable from the moment. They stated I get that back but agreement had been completed is just why they providing cash-back.
