Late fees/int rates

I had been released a charge card from juniper bank having a 500.00 money borrowing limit. The intrest was 3%. I usually compensated significantly more than the things they required for that month. But i obtained a statement about 30 days before that had late fees connected. And so I named to research and was informed my cost was one day late. I talked to customer support and was informed they'd take away the charge. They didn't take away the late charge plus they lifted my rate of interest more than 20%. Our stability began @ 480.00 and that I haven't overlooked a cost and that I deliver more income than required. Our stability has become all many 600.00 and that I havent applied the card 5 weeks.
