They do not care about you

IOk first of all this company does not care about anyone. I work out on the waterways. My wife is a stay at home mom, who takes care of her mother. Her mother is also in the end stages of natural liver failure. And is trying to get on the donor list for a new one. While I was at work out in the gulf of mexico and my wife was at the doctors ofc 4 hours away from our house. 21st called. When I informed them that there would be a payment made just as soon as my wife could make it, it would be made. I tried to explain the she was 4 hours from home. I was in brownsville Tx. Looking at the mexican boarder. It was explained to me that that was not good enough it needed to be paid right now. It was suggested that I get off the boat in mexico and go pay it. Which was totaly out of the question. Then i was told to tell my wife that the doctors needed to wait on her so she could go find a place to send it off. That her mother was not as important as paying them was. Then it was suggested that we have a friend come and get the money from either myself with me down on the boarder or my wife 4 hours from home to make the payment for us. Then today my wife called as a courtesy call back and was trying to talk to someone when the doctors came in the room where my mother inlaw was at. During all this I was on 3 way with my wife and 21st. My wife politely told them that the doctors where in and the she needed to go. It was then said tell them The doctors that they can wait. And then they begain to get rather ugly and just down right rude. Wanting to know where the payment was going to come from and a lot more other things. They would not let her get off the phone to speak with the doctors. Thant's when my wife told them that she had to go and hung up.
