Mr. Steven Weiss takes stock and cash from companies and individuals and does not disclose his compensation nor does he provide any services what so ever. He sells your stock and cash and changes his numbers. He has done this so many times to others (and once before to us) that we no longer do business with him. But Mr. Weiss has been back to his old greedy tricks and decided he was gonna try to rip us off once more.

To organize the scheme, Mr. Weiss used a friend of his to gain our trust. We are in the business of marketing for micro cap companies. We often outsource our business to various IR companies and promoters. After gaining our trust, Weiss' friend introduced us to a group of Chinese promoters. The promoters showed us their prior work, spoke to us everyday, and emailed and called us. Steve Weiss' friend also called us and kept us very informed. He also spoke very highly of the "Chinese group" and said they do amazing PR and marketing/promotional work. We were excited to work with them.

We agreed on a price for the services to be provided and confirmed the start date would be when the compensation was received. The group wanted 4 million shares of the company's stock which was valued in the low pennies, but worth close to $100,000. We organized the shares to be transferred to a company account called FIRST DOMAIN COMPANY, INC. The shares were free and clear and agreements were signed to provide specific services for the compensation we provided in good faith.

The group told us they would start the next day, but nothing happened. They emailed us and said they would start the day after that and nothing happened. Then they said they were definitely going to start the following week, but the following week came and we became very concerned when nothing happened. We then became suspicious as the price of the stock steadily declined.

We called the brokerage firm and the broker was not there. The call was transferred to an assistant who we asked how many shares of our stock was left in the FIRST DOMAIN COMPANY account. She happily told us the information without asking us who we were. We then asked if we could get the time and sales faxed to us. She then asked us our name, and we told her an alias. She said: "Im sorry, only Mr. Steve Weiss" can request information. He is the signer and owner of the account."

We knew right then and there WE HAD BEEN SCAMMED HARD BY MR. STEVE WEISS AGAIN! We could not believe it. The chinese phones were disconnected. The emails were no longer returned. Weiss' friend who introduced us dissappeared - his phone off as well.

We tried calling Weiss, but of course he did not answer. We knew he was broke, but not this broke. We knew he was a scum bag, but not this scummy. We were totally and completely scammed by Mr. Weiss and his sham company ERIC DAVID & SONS. He does not disclose his compensation either which is a big no no when pumping stocks in an investment newsletter. Mr. Weiss is recently divorced form his wife Janis, and we can clearly see why. The guy is the lowest of the low and will rob from his own mother - we are sure of it. He will go to extreme lengths and efforts to conspire to rob anyone he thinks he can get money from.

We are pursuing legal action and hope to recover our stock and cash proceeds. As of now he had sold nearly $50,000 worth of shares and is nowhere to be found. Pretty ballsy for a guy operating a non-disclosing stock pump promotion newsletter with the names of his entire family proudly displayed on his website.

We think Mr. Weiss thought nobody would ever find out and that we would just think we got ripped off by some Chinese guys. Fortunately, however, the brokerage firm accidentally told us who the owner of the account was. He has now been caught and outed and probably in hiding.

If anyone ever comes across mr. Steven weiss or his company eric david & sons (eds), please know that the man is a prolific liar, con-artist, cheat, and scammer and will rob you blind.
