They have taken 1249.99.00 out of my bus acct for no reason

This co. Is a ripoff we stoped using them in 06. But they continue to take moneyout of my buss acct. 1249.99. I filed a report at the bank after they took 700.00 thinking they would stop any futher withdarls. After they just took another 549,99 dollars in march 09 the bank told me they couldnot stop them.
