Payments returned, forced insurance and a home about to be lost

We are in the process of losing our home. We can almost never make contact with anyone.
When we do get someone to talk to us, they treat us like deadbeats. They have even told us, "Well, it's obvious that you can't afford your home."
Well, we could afford it if they allowed us to. They return our payments. They want a certain amount of money from us, and then after six months they want an astronomical amount of money to get the balance back to normal.
They have placed forced insurance on us and refuse to allow us to obtain our own from an outside source.
The last conversation we had with them is that they are not willing to help. They refuse to allow us to speak to their supervisors.
We are lost and in need of advice. PLEASE HELP.
