Ripoff business from hell

We are in the process of losing our home.
We can almost never make contact with anyone

When we do get someone to talk to us they treat us like dead beats. They have even told us "well it's obvious that you can't afford your home.

Well we could afford it if we were allowed to by them.
They return our payments.
They want a certian amount of money from us then after six months
they want an astronomical amount of money. To get the balance back to normal.

They have issued forced insurance on us.
And refuse to allow us to obtain our own from an outside sourse.

The last conversation we had with them is that they are not willing to help. They refuse to allow us to speak to thier supervisors.

We are lost and in need of advise PLEASE HELP
