Palisades Collections
Consumer rip-off fraud

Received credit reports from 2 of the three CRAs and both had Palisades Collection on it AND an identical collection account from ASTA Funding (www.astafunding.com). ASTA has a press release about how it has a strategic alliance with Palisades for collection accounts.

Both CRAs refused to take the accounts off initially. Now in the process of writing another letter including the 24 accounts listed on usacomplaints.com and the press release to prove these are bogus accounts.
Please advise if there is a class action suit.
