Unauthorized charges

I purchased a pedi feet online also it had an $8.00 refund. Once the refund check arrived I cashed it.By cashing the refund check it closed me-up for TLG customer benefit @ $139.99 that they got out-of my bank account, which in turn place me in to the damaging and that I needed to spend nsf charges.

I acquired the amount for TLG from my lender, they decided to credit my consideration in 7-14 days. But I'm still out $70. For nsf fees.
