Federal bank fsb ripoff illegal fees, scam artists, tried to take our property

A word of advice to those of you still fighting OCWEN... Get away from them ASAP, then try to sue them. Go to your state's FAIR HOUSING ASSOCIATION, and they will help you get a refinance through their loan committee!
They helped us and without them, OCWEN would have STOLEN our home out from under us. Believe me, it worked for us and they can help you, too!

Instead of sending your payments to an escrow account, or to a third party, FAIR HOUSING can be the mediary. They will do all of the contacting with OCWEN on your behalf, so you don't have to deal with their ignorant a*es anymore. OCWEN hates FAIR HOUSING because they know all about the illegal practices that OCWEN is doing to innocent home owners.

Also, contact NCRC in Washington, DC. If enough people contact them, they will start a Class Action Suit. They are well aware of the OCWEN, FAIRBANKS, and other companies activities.

All of our problems with OCWEN began when we tried to refinance. Like so many of you, if you have equity, they DO NOT want to let go of your property. They would rather "flip" your property at an Auction.By it back themselves for pennies on the dollar and then sell it another party.

Watch out for Full Spectrum and Countrywide, also!
