Harassing Phone Call Obtained their Street Address

I have recently been victim to the terror tactics from Capital Asset Management Company located in Rockford IL. They apparently have purchased an old debt of mine from Citibank. The credit card debt is well past the statute of limitations.

CAMCO has called multiple times a day, harassing me with the intent to annoy even after I have asked them not to call this number. The only name the guy would give me was Mr. Ball, but that sounded suspicious. I was able to obtain their street address and verify it using Mapquest.com and Switchboard.com. The phone number listed has the same area code and prefix as the numbers on my caller ID. Here is their address and phone;

The last conversation on April 10th, I asked for proof of validation of this debt under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), section 809 entitled Validation of Debts. Mr. Ball responded with yelling and stating over and over, Pay the debt Mr. XXXX.

Please accept this letter as notice that you are not to contact me via telephone and may only contact me in writing in connection with this matter. Pursuant to the federal law, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you may not contact me via the telephone once I have notified you not to do so."
