Blitz Energy Partners - Robert Kolaczynski - Pete Gonzalez Wize involved in Advanced Fee Scheme. Stay away

Wize Financial was introduced to me through a broker to fund a project. The company was headed by Robert Kolaczynski, Pete Gonzales and Anthony Dorsett Jr, (ex-nfl players), claiming to be Robert's partner. This gave the company credibility.

I negotiated the transaction with Pete Gonzalez whol claimed to be partners with Robert, Anthony Dorsett Jr, and that Tony Dorsett Sr was a backer. They claimed to have $300 million dollars available for lending. None of which is true.

I signed an LOI and was requested to send 200k to Wize. When I refused to send money direct to Wize demanding it be escrowed they settled for 100k which I wired direct to Wize Financial LLC. The LOI stated I would have contract within a couple of days and transaction would be complete within 7 business days.

4 weeks later after numerous deadlines that past with no contract or results of any kind, my attorney sent a letter of demand for the return of my deposit.

It has been almost 4 weeks and none of this group will respond to me at all. They have no intention of returning my $100k. There are at least 2 other victims that I know of who were dealing with this group at the same time for a total of 250k is my understanding.

I have turned my situation over to the FBI only to have them tell me it sounded like a civil matter. Now that I have multiple victims by this group I am hoping to get the FBI's attention.

Stay away from any of these guys... They do not have the ability to perform. Robert has 11 different lawsuits against him, a judgement of 235k against him, several foreclosures, and is under investigation for check fraud... ALL VERIFIABLE

Wize Financial LLC is dissolved. The office of this large company was a 2,000 sq ft. Townhome. Pete Gonzalez is not a partner of this company, as he openly admits now. Tony Dorsett Sr. Is not a part of this, as they all openly admit. Anthony Jr. Claims to have no involvement but i do have correspondence from him.

These guys are bad news. If anyone else has had bad dealings with these guys please post.
