Unauthorized deduction from account

I writing to one to complain about this company named ez grant expert. To my knowledge i was allowed to be obtaining a disc to discover about grants that was said to be a charge of 1.97. Used to do not get the cd however and was also charged one more 64.00. I named these folks fuming. They explained they'd only return half as well as the partner is non refundable. There's no way in heck i'm likely to allow these folks to keep my freakin money. I'd like a full refund today!!!
