Stealing money from my account

I had been on Amazon.com buying presents for my spouse's birthday last month. After getting my bank record, I recognized that Amazon.com was not the only real organization that required cash from me! PrivacyMatters.com required $19.95 out-of my banking account, without my agreement! What's worse is it had been not only them, two others did the same! Amazon.com guarantees me that their site is safe, but I'm out $60, without any aid perception!
