Unauthorized charge and non-refund of my money

I'm really discouraged with this particular organization. They place an unauthorized cost of $55 on my charge card after which after I questioned it, they charged me $25 more! And today they've stopped my bill to ensure that I can't make use of the calling card whatsoever.

I've been following-up together for a lot of months and am not getting any aid.

I want a reimbursement of my income.
