Unauthorized charges

This company claims to give result with their product or your money will be refunded. Well after contacting this company on several occassions about this faulty product I have yet to received the refund I was promised. Each person I have talked with pretending to be a supervisor has made false promises of sending my claim to the refund department and in two or three days I should see a refund. I have talked with several people in the company to include what was suppose to be supervisor and the last one I talked to told me there was no one above him in the company as far as supervisors go. His name was supposedly Chris but I have to believe that these people are also using fake names in the process. After putting him on the spot and asking if he was running the entire company himself since there was no one above him he hung the phone up in my face with no warning. I encourage anyone not to go to this web site nor order this product if they see it anywhere else being advertised. The company does not stand up to their obligations nor does the product.
